Reservation policy

01) Dinners take approximately 3-4 hours.

02) Dining tickets are transferable at any time.

03) Gluten-free and dairy-free options are not available.

04) Our menu is friendly for non-meat eaters. We are happy to offer a vegetarian tasting menu when the dietary preference is communicated during the booking process. As our menu is planned and prepared in advance, we are unable to accommodate vegetarian requests made at the restaurant. Vegetarian menus do not need to be chosen by the entire table — guests may mix the classic and vegetarian tasting menus within the same reservation.

05) Please arrive on time. Your table will be held for 15 minutes before being considered a 'no-show' and subject to cancellation. If you are running late, please contact us as soon as possible so we can do our best to accommodate you.

06) Reservations can be rescheduled up to 48 hours in advance without forfeiting the dining ticket.

07) Changes to dietary restrictions for transferred dining tickets will only be accepted 48 hours in advance. Otherwise, the initial dietary requests will be maintained.

08) A corkage fee of 70€ will be applied to each bottle not purchased from Criss.

09) All guests must be 18 or older.

10) No pets allowed.

11) Please specify any allergies when booking. We cannot accommodate menu changes on the day of your reservation.

12) Guests will be responsible for any damages caused.

13) For groups of 5+ guests, reservations are confirmed by request via email so we can plan the experience properly. For these reservations, we kindly ask for a Group Dining Commitment of €250 per guest, which typically reflects the tasting menu plus a wine pairing (or non-alcoholic pairing) and water. It’s not a fixed package — all food and drinks are counted toward the commitment.

14) Your upfront payment covers the tasting menu. If you selected supplements while booking (e.g., wine pairing or other extras), these are included in the upfront charge. Any additional beverages or extras ordered during the evening will be charged after dinner.

15) Please refrain from wearing strong perfumes or scents.

16) Phone calls are not allowed during the dinner. In case of emergency calls please leave the dining room first.​

Cancellation policy

01) Once a reservation is made, it is considered a dining ticket.

02) Tickets are non-refundable but transferable (refer to our reservation policy).

03) We are happy to accommodate rescheduling requests up to 48 hours before your reservation.

04) Reservations can be rescheduled up to 2 times before being considered a cancellation. This policy ensures fairness and availability for all our valued guests.
