We are very happy to share a special recognition: Criss Studio has been awarded 20 out of 20 points in the Gourmet category of the Genuss Guide 2026/2027.
For us, this recognition means a great deal — not only because it is the highest possible score, but because it reaches us at a moment when our restaurant is still at the very beginning of its story.
Criss Studio was born from a deeply personal idea: a restaurant where Polish and Jamaican cuisines are not placed next to each other as a concept, but understood as one shared language. A kitchen shaped by heritage, memory, fermentation, spice, contrast and storytelling. A kitchen where taste always matters more than pure technique — and meaning more than decoration.
To see this work recognised with 20/20 points in the Genuss Guide makes us grateful, proud, and honestly, a little speechless. This score does not belong to one dish or one evening alone. It belongs to every service, every preparation, every experiment, and every decision we have made since opening. It belongs to our small team, our guests, our producers, the artists whose work lives on our walls — and everyone who has supported Criss Studio along the way.
We do not see this recognition as a final destination, but as a confirmation to continue: with even more depth, clarity and personality.
